Masonary Sand. Please don't use river sand.

Anyone know where one can buy masonry sand in bulk in South Louisiana? I've called every nursery, aggregate supplier, and big box store I could think of in the Houma/Thibodaux area and not one sells it by the yard, if at all.

I need to do this as well. My backyard has a pretty decent slope, so should I wait until after the rainy season to fill?
