What’s the success rate of theocracies?
Don't know, but I'm not advocating for a theocracy.

A theocracy is essentially a civil government ruled by priests, where the leaders rule both politically and religiously, having say and sway over both the civil and religious laws.

The separation of church and state means that the civil magistrate can't dictate the laws and practices of the Church, which is how a theocracy operates. There is no Constitutional mandate that the laws that we create in this country have to be based on secularism, materialism, pragmatism, or any worldview non-religious in nature. We can certainly have religious justifications for the laws we pass so long as the laws, themselves, do not infringe on the individual's right to religious liberty.

All people should submit to the authority of Christ, whether they are elected officials or not.

There isn't, and when held as a worldview those are religions anyway according to Webster's. They're just not theistic in nature.
