Adams was picked up after Jarrett and Burton decomitted.

Bradford was picked up as a replacement for Evans.

McGlothern was maybe the guy the staff wanted to play a more versatile secondary role than Burns.

The idea that we had a full class and 5 more players begging to be a part of this class is surely hyperbole.

I’m sure with the benefit of hindsight some more players would have been a part of this class.

Agree. I wish we could actually discuss this on this board without having everyone come in screaming about how it's negative and how people are bashing the coaches.


Here's a fact: I fully trust O and the staff.


Here's another fact: This recruiting class is absolutely excellent.


Here's a third fact: It could've been better.



All three of these things can be true at once, and I don't understand why discussing the third thing is off limits.

Agreed. Not sure how anyone with half a brain ever believed that narrative, but after the Bama game the excitement was at an all-time high so I guess it was understandable wishful thinking.
