I taught for 22 years in inner city public school in BR. Several times I witnessed teachers trading the SS number of their kids in the teacher's lounge in order to expand their exemptions. Why didn't I report it? I wanted to keep my job. Also ,I thought Reconstruction ended in New Orleans.

You can report it anonymously. Like people from the IRS says... there’s a form for that.
