People suggesting that LSU is going back to a shitty offense because Brady took the keys with him are intellectually dishonest.
I believe everything you said and agree with you 100%.
I love E, I just don’t think he is innovative and can make in game adjustments.
He didn’t have good offenses when he was OC at Texas AM and Clemson. He was a position coach for a decade before taking O’s offer and at that point people were justly skeptical because it showed O was timid to go out and make another OC after the Canada debacle. I’m really happy E found Brady and suggested him to O.
I personally want someone young and innovative in the booth with E to help with the things he maybe lacking and there’s nothing wrong with that.

I'm certainly not an Ensminger fan boy, but I also don't like revisionist history.
Ensminger was one of the hottest young offensive coordinators in the country during his stints at Georgia, Texas A&M and Clemson.
To say that his offenses were not good is patently false.
Ensminger has been an offensive coordinator or passing game coordinator at 5 Power Five schools: Georgia, Texas A&M, Clemson, Auburn and LSU. At every school except Auburn (where he was only interim) his quarterback finished his career as the leading passer in school history.
