I think this depends on which type of construction. I know a few who make around $130-150K. I don’t envy the hours they work though.

Meh. We work lots of hours. But commercial guys are over 100k 5 years out of school, industrial guys even more.
Plus the per diems, bonuses, truck allowances, etc.

I worked as one for industrial construction and made 120k a year with a truck, gas card, cell phone paid for, expense account. Now I’m in operations for a plant.
