2 mil is a slight overpay

Feel like he should have started at 1.5 and increased to 2 mil
Think he will do a good job and hasn't been a d coordinator at this level in awhile.
Dude will be hungry to prove himself

I’m sure O and Woodward have a better feel on what to pay staff than people on the rant do so it will be ok

Why do fans care so much what assistants get paid? Im generally curious. It means absolutely nothing to fans. Its not like we have a coach salary cap. The athletic dept knows what we can afford.

In 2005, Pelini was hired by LSU Tigers Head Coach Les Miles, again as defensive coordinator. His success continued, as LSU was ranked 3rd nationally in overall defense for each of his three years with the Tigers.
