Sorry to ruffle some of the Ruston fans here but that wasn’t the point. No matter how good Louisiana Tech is Miami still decline so rapidly from last season to this season. That’s all I’m saying. If LSU would’ve done the same thing and lost to tech at the end of the year Coach O would be unemployed right now

And no matter what Miami still have no business losing to tech, that’s not a knock on tech that’s a knock on Miami

Their arch rival almost lost in overtime to ULM. That’s how far down the ACC has fallen. There’s only one team over there right now.

Tech had a couple of difference makers the past few seasons in Arik Robertson and J’Mar Smith. Robertson is better than anyone Miami had this past year, and Smith was a good college QB.

That said I agree with your point. Miami should have had an advantage everywhere else on the field.

LaTech looked like the P5 team and Miami looked like the G5 team in Shreveport.

Skip Holtz has hilt a solid G5 program in Ruston.

And Tech played LSU a somewhat decent game in 18.
