It ain’t the mayors fault. But I would think the mayor of a major city would have enough stroke that she could do something about human remains hanging from the rubble of a building that fell 3 months ago.

It's that bitch's fault for not demanding the recovery of the dead body. I haven't seen the pic and don't need to see the pic...but I can tell you this:
I bet the body is not a black man. You could bet your arse on that. Otherwise, that bitch would be on TV every day until the body was recovered.
