So in the cases of smaller schools, would this rule essentially eliminate most of their teams all together since they need a certain percentage of freshmen to just field a team ?

Especially girls’ sports.

The LHSAA is going to catch hell if this gets approved by the membership because you will lose JV girls sports everywhere.
