I had to laugh. Burrow, Jetts, Ja Marr, Terrace et al made Florida look like the 99 DiNardo offense.
In the 90s I was so envious of Spurriers offensive juggernauts at Florida. I never thought LSU would ever have an offensive machine like what we witnessed in 2019.

I think that is a fair comparison. However, Joe is a more athletic QB than Danny

That gators team was freakin legit.
And spurrier was the greatest offensive mind of his generation .

1996 Wuerfel completed 207 of 360 passes for 3,625 yards (an SEC record at the time), 58 percent completion, for 39 touchdowns.

2019 - Joe Burrow 402 of 527 for 5671 yards, 76 percent completion, for 60 touchdowns.

They can compare if they want, but what this LSU team did was on a whole other level.

UF offense was groundbreaking, nothing like it before. Same goes for 2019 LSU.
