Raymond was our CB and Safeties coach before Busch arrived. We’ll be fine.
Unless Raymond leaves.

Raymond can coach all DBs. I'd rather get a DC that coaches DL and hire a LB coach instead of safety.

He’s making under 1 million dollars right now. I have a hard time believing he’d turn down what we can offer which is substantially more and the opportunity to coach at a bigger better program.
