I played hoops against Vance Joseph when he was at Shaw. We were playing man to man, which ain't a good idea when you are Jesuit and you're playing Shaw. I guarded him. Held my own

Charlie Strong HATES recruiting which was the knock on him at Texas. Don't care for #2 or #4 either. Shoop is the only acceptable guy on the list IMO. Still like Leonhard or Grantham if available but lesser name DC would be fine also. Kansas State DC Scott Hazelton or N Carolina DC Jay Bateman. Both are given great credit for the improvement in their defenses.
