Risky, if you are a "Risky" program
This is a DESTINATION
You are either in or out....
If you are "IN" then you have no issues with it
If you are "NOT IN" then you aren't going to say "I'm In"

We need to sign the best players we can get regardless of how nerve racking it is for some of our fanbase. If you cant deal with the ups and downs of following recruiting you should just wait untill after signing day and then check and see how it all went

I think offering a freshman or sophomore a scholarship is retarded.
It is perfectly OK to show interest and continue to show interest, but EVERY SCHOLARSHIP offer should come with a caveat that you have to come to our camp and perform as expected as an athlete AND be a person of high character.
Once offered a scholarship due to ability, the only out for the school should be character issues.
I would tell a recruit to go explore anything and every place you want, but once you make a commitment to LSU we don't expect you to visit elsewhere. At that point if they do, they should know that this would fall under the character issue and I'd pull the scholly. So please don't commit unless you mean it and intend to follow thru with it.
