We're giving college kids money. What percent of college kids will smoke weed and/or drink alcohol? Maybe 90%. So the state is subsidizing marijuana and alcohol. Time to end it. Let's spend that money subsidizing those of us who have to pay for private K-12.

Yeah, private school kids in 9-12 don't drink alcohol and smoke weed lol lol.
And what about the medical, engineering, or any other students who drink, smoke a little weed, graduate with a good GPA and go on to be taxpaying productive citizens? Get rid of TOPS because they smoke a little weed?
Candidate for the worst argument of the year.
