House Democrats Have New Evidence To Send To Senate!
If you accept that analogy, the House is the Grand Jury, the articles of impeachment from the House would equate to the indictment, the Senate is the petit jury, and the senate trial would equate to the jury trial.
A competent prosecutor will NEVER present all of his evidence at the grand jury stage.

That's just it. I don't accept the analogy AND nobody with any knowledge of The Constitution should either.

If you accept this analogy.... you should also agree that a competent prosecutor would not pursue a case that alleged exactly 0 criminal charges. Case dismissed.
