Because they sure are the single greatest motivator for the team. They continue to say Trevor Lawrence is better than Burrow — I don’t see how people can continue to say that.

Said that Burrow isn’t as good as Lawrence because they’ve never seen Burrow in a game-saving position this year.

So because he’s so good that we’ve blown almost everyone out, he’s not really that good?

Got it.

Don’t listen to Kellerman and Stephen A’s opinion. 2 of the biggest clowns in sports. Pathetic both of them.

Media is solely meant to get views, clicks, and hashtag mentions. There wouldn't be anything to talk about if everyone on TV said LSU runs away with it

If that's true, why didn't he get an invite to NYC?

Burrow won the Heisman battling/dominating the SEC.

Lawrence wasn't even a finalist in the ACC pillow fight.

ESPN “ all sports “ personalities generally don’t watch cfb. The last game most of these guys watched from start to finish was Alabama v Clemson. So they only have narratives based on bad information from conversations in the NE while watching a Knicks game a million miles away from cities like Baton Rouge.

no one on the LSU football team is watching ESPN right now so it doesn't really matter what they say

It's easier to pick a defending champion who has a 29 game winning streak than a team not named Alabama to dethrone them. Clemson does have a 50% chance to win so it's not really a risky bet.

So much of why Trevor Lawrence is as big as he is, was beating Alabama last year. Without that game we do not hold him so highly.

Im impressed by the 29-0 record, but not by who he did it against, that schedule is a joke.

All of these narratives can change with a win tonight. They will see.

They have to have tit for tat. If it’s all LSU people will tune out...
