But he can run a staff. And he was hired mainly because teams were trying to fund the next McVey who was coming off a Super Bowl appearance.
Not saying some team won't go at him, but I read an article the other day on how there are certain organizational and managerial aspects that he's unproven on and those are definitely risk factors.
