Land value is steady falling along the river as the once prestigious clubs can’t get a full season in. Most clubs will close this week

Only 2 weeks left in the season and the rut is over in that area, if the value is falling I would think it would be
More because of camps flooding and going through the hassle of picking everything up then cleaning it all after the water goes down is a bigger factor now, used to happen once every few years now is happening yearly, still some of the best terrain and genetics for deer. I would not expect any bargains
