Right. I don't suspect you are a follower but when you see hordes of people yelling at me calling me a prog you might suspect that there has been some fundamental shift in my thinking.

That isn't the case. There has been a fundamental shift in the participants on this forum. Many of the old school conservatives don't post here any more and I can't blame them. Any sort of dissent or criticism of Trump isn't welcomed here. I plan on voting for Trump in 2020 but I have no reservations about questioning the administration when I think something looks odd.

As it should be. It's scary if you think about where we are as far as treating political parties as if we were rooting for sports teams.

That being said, I admit I went to Trump's really when he was in Lake Charles and would do it again. I considered it an opportunity that doesn't come along often to see a President I support so I didn't want to pass on the chance. You can call me a loser and that's fine if that is your opinion but I say to each their own.
