Can’t stand the Cowbitches but........who gives a frick? The “Rooney Rule” is a sham for starters, and it shouldn’t exist anyway. Owners should be able to interview and hire whomever they believe to be the best candidate (regardless of race). No country has done more to improve race relations than this one.......NONE. It’s time for this narrative to die

Honestly, I’d be pretty annoyed/offended if an organization interviewed me just because I was black... why waste peoples’ time like that?
