I don't know, man. You can certainly argue he is an underachieving retread. But, I think you've got a competent pro in there who will at least have the locker room's attention for a couple of years.

The fact that it did not appear that they interviewed any of the major hot names is worrisome. It feels like Jerry was lazy. McCarthy can still be successful in the NFL, but he needed the right situation. Dallas is not it.
