I think lesbians are still the demo with the highest rate of domestic violence...which is mind-boggling on a couple of levels

IDK about violence, but I'd rather work in an office as the only straight guy with 10 gay co-workers than work with one lesbian. Those bitches are always on a war path.

My theory is that we allow women to be violent with us because it isn’t as harmful as vice versa, so here we are in our evolution, and when women pair up, they act like normal women....

If I’m on the subway, and I step on a woman’s foot, and she hits me on the arm, I might be put off because it seems a bit harsh, but it isn’t a big deal. If it’s her stepping on my foot, I wouldn’t hit her because I’d expect to be arrested.

It isn’t uncommon for man/woman married couples to have a funny story about the woman slapping the shite out of the man, and no one is alarmed. Switch the sexes and it’s exponentially worse.

Basically, there’s a certain percentage of women who are prone to striking another human. The ones who marry men often marry men who tolerate it because it doesn’t threaten the man’s safety. Those women who marry women are marrying someone less tolerant of this behavior, so they’re much more likely to report it.
