Drinking around the stadium for the Peach Bowl?

What are the rules/guidelines for drinking around the stadium before the game? Obviously LSU and New Orleans are very liberal in their rules, just wondering what other people have experienced in Atlanta? Is drinking in a cup fine?

They had beer outside the stadium and cash bars in the facility next to the stadium(where they had fan fare at the SEC championship). Expensive, but it is there near the stadium.

Just get in line early to get in. Entrances are concentrated on the 4 corners of the building. The backups are substantial.
