how did lsu hear of joe? radio story, but no links.

i think it was moscano who said jimmy burrow was in thibidoux and mentioned to ogerone that is son was looking to transfer.
i have been looking for verification. can someone share that link?

actually the story I heard it was the safety coach that turned EdO onto JoeB.

LSU's Coach Busch was at Ohio St for Burrow's Freshman year. Told O that LSU would go to the playoffs if they signed Burrow when joe was transferring.
O said "go get him". Busch knew Dan Burrow - started that way (Busch coached Dan for a year at Nebraska)

Your doing too much here. Pretty sure that just meant they’d been drinking. Happens often. Especially on weekends and football game nights.
