Next week's game doesn't matter as much as the finale vs. Seahawks. As of right now - The 49ers are on the short end of the tie-breaker.

For now, they will still need to lose to Seahawks in order for all this to work. This is a 5 game season, Saints need to win last 3, Vikings need to beat Packers and Seahawks need to beat 49ers. Need all of them and we get the 1. Any other result is basically meaningless

Are you sure about that? I just did the ESPN playoff machine and if the 49ers lose to the Rams and beat the Seahawks they get the 5th seed and the 6th if they lose to the Seahawks.. Of course GB has to lose a game and the Saints win out...The Saints get the #1 seed...
I just did a one if the Saints lose to the Titans and the 49ers lose to the Rams then we hope the 49ers beat the Seahawks...for the Saints to get the #1 seed..
