Was re-watch the Heisman Presentation and Joe Burrow’s speech. Who needs to wash the sleep from your eyes with that video in the morning. I’ve probably watched it a half dozen times so far and it still gets me bad right down in the feels.
Man, what a genuine “DUDE” Joe Burrow is.
I am SO HAPPY for that young man, as I know we all are this morning.

Damn dog woke me up about an hour ago. I couldn’t go back to sleep. I’m like a kid on Christmas morning. Considering where Joe was coming from out of high school and the lack of interest he was getting, his story is one of the greatest in sports. So incredibly proud of Joe! My 7 year old boy looks at me last night and says “I want to do the things Joe Burrow does. I want to be like Joe.” What he has accomplished will have effects far beyond the football field for decades.
