I have been on the fence as to if I would try it. I quit using scent elimination spray after reading an article where a dog looked for people wearing different brands hidden under a box.
A quick google found this article, hopefully it’s not biased. But if not maybe it can confuse a deer long enough to be worthwhile.

What is the difference between Ozonics and Scentlok’s OZ technology? Scentlok doesn’t promote it for hunting like Ozonics. I saw a review that said they stopped working in colder weather.
Trying to figure out which one is better. The only problem I have with Ozonics is the lack of protection on variable winds. Is it worth switching to Scentlok or not?
