Cruz v Horrowitz. That will interesting.

Hard to believe that Horrowitz comes out with a 'no criminal intent' assessment. Believe my or your lying eyes. Guess he's got dirt too.

I think he is going to be very careful with his words today. Barr and Durham, being so outspoken prior to this testimony, tells me they are signaling to him to be careful with what you say, you don’t know what we know

My guess, considering the Barr / Durham strong position, in public no less, that there is evidence of bad faith, Horowitz doesn’t directly contradict them. He equivocates.

I’d bet he testifies (essentially), that, while there was no direct evidence (ie admissions by the witnesses he interviewed) if Barr or Durham find that evidence of bad faith or political bias motivated the FBI decision making/misfeasance/malfeasance, he would not dispute; and further, there is room for an inference of illegal intent from the text messages of the lovers, but making that inference is beyond his scope.

Or at least that would be the best day for Ms. Lindsey and company.

There’s just no way he flat out says Barr/Durham are wrong. He’s a swamp thing. So he’s intellectually lazy and chicken shite about taking an actual position.
