She refuses to even listen to members of the DNC to discuss censure.
She knows there is zero chance of removal. She knows if impeachment reaches the Senate chances are strong Dems lose the House and guarantees a Trump re-election.
Then to add icing icing to the cake, she passes USMCA giving Trump a massive win.
I’m starting to really appreciate Nancy.

Yeah, it sounds like she’s really gambling, hoping it will go her way, but she’s probably giving Trump the House and Senate in 2020

She was against impeachment, but the radical left forced her to go through with it.

I think Nancy is so confused she doesn't know what to do- she is trying to please the moderate as well as the far left of her party and it's just not going to work.

If you want to know the real Nancy Pelosi you have to go back to when she was a higher up on the Intelligence committee back in 2002. She would later lie about it, place blame on others and cover it up.
She was briefed by the CIA that they were using waterboarding as an interrogation technique. When she took over as SOTH in 2006 many expected her to impeach GWB for war crimes and the Iraqi War.
However, she brushed it aside. She knew this wasn't a Reb/Dem issue. It was a save her arse issue. She would be found guilty of War crimes should they launch an investigation. Not because she knew of the torture techniques, but because she attempted to cover it up. She actually used several terms you heard in impeachment press conferences recently. One of them is "Inaccuracies." She has used this term repeatedly in the past to gloss over lies. Her's, GWB's, committee members' ect.
Fast forward to the present and suddenly a phone call to Ukraine is enough to impeach a president. She's not a friend or an alley. She's been out for herself. She snuck the Patriot Act renewal into legislation, she passes USMCA, but with revisions so that the senate must use additional time reviewing it and it turn delaying it.
She isn't working for the American people, DNC, House, or the President. Nancy is working for Nancy.

I think she's being leveraged by Trump to drive her own party into a ditch.
Once the impeachment farce is over, and Trump gets re-elected in November, in the GOP regains the house, I am willing to bat that Pelosi is going to have a sudden dementia diagnosis, and that's her way out of the public spotlight.

It seems as though there's a war in the Caucus between the idiot ideologues and the more moderate, let's get stuff done members. Pelosi has let Schiff and Nadler hang themselves out to dry. She gave them all the rope they needed. Nobody could be this stupid, knowing there's ZERO chance of a conviction in the Senate.
