Well Cliff's badassery (my words) or willingness to be a murderer is sorta what the other guy was saying but fair enough.

That could've been done better though with maybe him accidentally killing someone on set a few years back or whatever. That's a much better reason to "blacklist" someone. But instead, Tarantino started and immediately stopped a weird and pointless storyline for no good reason at all.
