For the hundredth time, its 3.5M for the whole project. Which includes drainage & grading work. Not just under the field drainage but likely further down the line. It's supposed to be a 6+ month project

Apart from all the meltdown, etc.
What about a new irrigation system and what's going to be changed under the new sod?

For 3.5 million that grass should be able to cut and maintain itself.

Yes. Our field was not holding up. We didn’t pay 3.5 million to replace a great field.
