I have to wonder what most people in New York's general opinion of LSU and Louisiana are Can't be great.

I lived there and people loved that I was from Louisiana. And as far as LSU is concerned, there are multiple places in Manhattan and I'm sure the other boroughs as well that are completely PACKED for LSU games. Unless I'm just a really likable person, the opinion of Louisianians is positive in NYC.

Are those real? It looks like the videos were added in. Notice the difference in clarity with that screen and the others.

It is like most of the country outside of the Southeast.

They think the whole Southeast is dumb, fat, and poor (which is kind of true), but they also have an interest in Louisiana culture and find it fascinating. A lot of people I know from California think we're all wild alcoholics that eat incredible meals, which isn't far off.
