I'd say the 2015 Dual-Threat QB class turned out ok, right?

Unbelievable class. Forgot they were all the same age...

It’s still crazy that the NFL MVP could be younger than the Heisman winner

And Joe is possibly the best true quarterback of all of them.
Lamar has been great but NFL steams will figure him out.

Lamar has a Heisman and might be the NFL MVP. Joe is obviously untested at the NFL level. If you wanna say Joe is the best college QB of all of them then sure.

Joe was not a dual threat...it stats he is a pro-style qb on 247
but its crazy to me to think they would categorize him as a dual even while watching his high school highlights...yes he is mobile but i wouldnt say he is the prototypical dual threat that you see normally

Lamar has had a nice season, but it’s a weird one for the NFL. Normally it seems like there are 2-3 legitimate MVP candidates during the season, but everyone else just kinda sucks. Brady, Brees, Rodgers, Mahomes are all having relatively down years. Russel Wilson should be firmly in the discussion

Joe's skill set translates better to the NFL. Once Lamar Jackson is making $35-40 million, it's unlikely that he will be taking the hits that come with 10-15 rushing attempts per game with all the other hits a QB takes in the pocket.

If Brees missing 5 3/4 games yet still having a 17-4 TD to INT ratio while again leading the league in completion percentage and is top 3 in QB rating is a down year, I'll take that

I'll shorten it to what you're really thinking:

Wilson has fell off last several weeks. Mediocre receivers and backup center doesn’t help.

And we originally signed #35 Justin McMillan

Lamar is the flavor of the year. He will never be an elite QB. If he wins a MVP it shows you how much the award doesn’t mean. Drew doesn’t have one and Lamar will.

Not saying that the NFL won’t make some adjustments for Lamar, but he has played extremely well this year. Not just a hype thing. He has delivered. Who do you think has had a better year at QB position?

Guess the Heisman doesn't mean anything either

Have to agree. I had zero belief in Lamar, but I was wrong. Those NFL teams are probably just waiting to figure him out… Now, Joe could be the best passer of the bunch.

Wow... and it seems like ages ago to me since we destroyed Lamar in that bowl game.

Tyree Jackson
Eric Dungey
Kelly Bryant
Jauan Jennings
Bryce Perkins
Also all where in that class as DT-QB
Crazy Class

Imo it doesn’t matter what recruiting services has him listed as. He’s made too many plays on the ground to not be a ground threat.
Threat throwing the ball?
Threat running?
Dual threat.
I guess you can add triple threat since he’s a receiver now too.
