Horowitz can't indict only recommend. That is up to the DOJ. Durham can also indict.

I was just told this morning only they knew what was coming yet not a single Q message indicating Graham and McCain got medals from the corrupt Ukraine President. The goal post was moved again and said if there are no arrests today it means nothing. They denied the whitewashed OIG report-they knew it all you see..
The DC corruption won't end some of us have been watching it for 30 years and we don't need lame quatrains and puzzles.
It is a sad waste of time but they won't stop. God and Trump could tell them Q was leftists wasting their time and they will still say ThanQ and where they go they all go; as they downgrade others that are not in the following.
Q will say they have it all and all will be tribunal hung in 2 years trust the plan and they will believe it.
