Mexico has been given chance after chance to clean up their mess with the cartels and this is only kicking the can down the road and Obrador isn't going to do shite.
Go scorched earth and call these cartels for what they really are, TERRORISTS.

Officially declaring the cartels terrorists has far reaching consequences. It will crush Mexico economically. I don’t expect Trump to actually make an official declaration but I do expect the our armed forces to do the job the Mexican government is incapable of doing and decimate these cartels.
