Probably Vinnie Jones since he outright glorified it or some obscure South American.
Roy Keane is probably the most entertaining with all of the delusional interpersonal conflict that he managed to manufacture over the years (there’s like a 10 section Wikipedia page on the Saipan incident). He was mostly just a hyper intense crazy person, though. Didn’t really have the hackish qualities you’d expect from the dirtiest of all time
