When playing football, a lot of us would sit on a flat bench and do military. It cuts out leg drive, and you still incorporate the core.

When overloading though, stand up and use your legs when needed. It’s a great way to build shoulder strength. In a few weeks you will be doing heavier weight while seated.

Ive been thinking about doing this.

Seated mil press vs standing mil press. Anyone else have experience with both?
