I guess it’s a start but broad street is gonna scare most visitors who already have preconceived notions. Lotta people of color loitering

Bywater was all heroin junkies until very recently. It will never be 100% clean and desirable but it will have enough good stuff and there will always be adventure enthusiasts who enjoy a touch of danger so everyone knows they are edgy and hip.

Very true.

I took some Metairie friends to Marjie's and they were NOT happy about being in that area. They were on high alert. You would have thought it was Hollygrove in the 90s.

God forbid if I took them to Zony Mash
