This is my biggest problem. I have good deal of hearing loss due to way too many concerts standing in front of speakers and loud stereos. Now, I can be two feet from someone in a crowded room and struggle to hear their voice individually. The number of times I have been in a restaurant for a business lunch and couldn't hear the person across the table is ridiculous. Eventually, I'll have to break down and go to an audiologist.
