They seems well made for mdf and have 1 inch thick shelves they claim won’t ever sag.
Bold claim, indoors in conditioned space maybe. Likely never been tested in unconditioned space in the south. Any unsupported span of MDF will sag over time unless you add some sort of support to delay it (even the 1" MDF/thick cardboard) the temp swings and humidity will ruin them.
For garage cabinets I just wait until Homedepot puts their kitchen cabinets on sale every spring they typically drop 50%. Particle board cabinets with oak facing/doors. A few good coats of paint on the particle board bits will extend their life (even paint the oak, but it hurts to paint oak, so poly/lacquer would be better).

Yeah I wouldnt do MDF in a garage for support.
Not sure if still on sale, but HD and lowes have 77x24 shelves with wire racks $129/149. You can replace a shelf with a doubled up layer of plywood work a workbench as well. Then get metal storage cabinets

This.
Steel will rust over time too! Install true wood cabinets. Plywood will work fine.
