It reminds me of real estate. Most important thing about a property -
Location, location, location. A guy buys a 1 acre lot $ 800.00
Sounds like a steal, until you see that its located out in bum frick Egypt, in the middle of a swamp and the entire acre is wetlands and you're not allowed to build on it.

Same with football. Strength of schedule should be equally as important as your fecord. Who cares if you are undefeated, if you didnt fricking play anybody.
