Wife drowned in a vehicle today.
LINK

Mr Pierce’s daughter is asking for help. To anyone who may be traveling. I'm posting it here for anyone who may be hunting in the area to keep an eye out for his truck.
I searched to see if this has been posted and didn't find it. This is her latest post. LINK

Strange situation. I'll be around woodville and natchez all weekend hunting. I'll keep an eye out.

Thank you. I can't even imagine what she is going through. To see his picture on those flyers is just heartbreaking. In one of her earlier posts she seemed so overwhelmed and felt like he was being forgotten. I wish I would have thought to bring the info here earlier. I don't know Mr. Pierce or his daughter, but I know she appreciates any help.

Was he suffering from some form of memory loss?

He's a distant relative of mine on my dad's side. He suffers from dementia. I last saw him at a funeral about a year ago and he was doing pretty well. They're a great family, hope they get some answers soon.

I have read some talk of him having dementia. Maybe early stages if it. I thought I read where a family member took his keys from him. Apparently, there was another set of keys. I also read on another forum where he left without his wallet and cell phone, but someone said, he could have had cash stashed in his truck.
They have the one video/picture of him on the road and then nothing else.
The only other ”sighting” I don't think is considered confirmed. It was in Gloster, MS. Supposedly a LEO ran the plates on the truck because it was driving slow. The LEO did not pull the vehicle over, because there was no reason to. He said the Silver Alert did not show up when he ran the plate, so they can't say for certain who was driving at the time.
I am mostly getting the info from the FB page though.

Thank you for adding that. I can only answer what I see posted on FB. I feel so awful for his family and I know they have to be so overwhelmed by all if this.
I knew this forum has always so helpful in the past. I don't know any the family, but every time I see Mr. Pierce’s picture on that flyer my heart breaks for them.

Today, around 2:00 pm in Zachary. This is the wife of the missing man, Welton”Wick”Pierce. She was 79 years old. They had been married for 63 years!!
He is still missing!!
I can't even believe it.

Just came upon this. Given he went missing on 10/27, with no trace since, I wouldn't be surprised if his vehicle is also under water somewhere.

I was honestly thinking something like this happened to him and then it happened to his wife. Except I was thinking no one saw him go off the road into water.

Very sad!
