The 80 yard td over the top by Alabama to close the lead to 1 score when lsu had just about sealed it.

The last score to Arkansas to give them 20 pts

Those two cosmetic TDs severely hurt national perception.

Despite the final score not being close, I’d say Plumlee’s 200+ yard 4 TD day had as much or more to do with the perception than those two instances.

Auburn too.

Ran out the clock the whole fourth and it made a dominant win look close.

I’d say Ole Miss putting 600 yards of offense vs us is a bigger reason
