Not directed to me but I’ll answer anyway.
Yes I agree with the pardons for a number of reasons.
First, the president is the commander in chief and is empowered by the Constitution to pardon anyone he damn well wants.
Second, the military justice system is a command driven structure that has largely succumbed to agenda driven purposes as of late.
There are many other reasons but I don’t have the time or desire to enlighten your dumb ignorant arse. So just frick off.

Yes. The Rules of Engagement under Obama were weak and risked US lives. These troops were charged under Obama ROE. Trump let loose the Dogs of War. New Sheriff, new rules.
