Any places on the route in the middle of nowhere that I should check out for lunch?

The older women go crazy for a trip to The Dinner Bell in McComb, MS.

It's home cooking served lazy Susan style in an old home.

There is a Broma’s in the mall in McComb also. Stop at the Rockin K in Liberty for an ice cream cone.

Cool my home town. Welcome. The Caboose in McComb is excellent food. It is white table cloth Louisiana cuisine. If you want something different, drive to Lorman and eat the best fried chicken of your life(many celebs have said so too) at The Old Country Store.

Been to Lorman Country Store a few times. The chicken is good, but somewhat overrated imo. The last time I went there about a year ago it was not good. Not to mention it’s filthy in there.

That is disappointing to hear.

Try The Caboose. You'll be shocked McComb has a place that has NOLA cuisine that is so good.
