"...but it did not affect the validity of the overall application..." That is what they are reporting about the altered document. This is, frankly, what I fully expect out of Horowitz... Yeah...they altered stuff..but the fisa was valid. No harm no foul. I hope we aren't setting up for disappointment....

Schiff says it doesn’t matter if the aid was released: they were caught
So why shouldn’t it matter that documents were altered even if nothing else changed

Yeah....they lied about some things, but part of the fisa was valid.
So this is how it works?

by the same reporting people who say "That's already been debunked" ? when referring to "Conspiracies" that Ukraine was involved in our 2016 election, Hillary server and Biden corruption?

There must not have been any 'intent'.
Been saying it since day #1, nothing gonna happen.

I think the reporting is to get ahead of the story and control the narrative. But Horowitz is who worries me. I could see him downplaying things and reccomending "more training" or some feckless crap like that.
I have more faith in Durham. That dude is a prosecutor with a track record.

Why write a 500+ page report (larger than the Mueller rpt) if you're going to downplay?

"Well, you lied about a few things on your resume...but the rest of it seems valid, so no problem! I'll show you to your new office!"
"We found a few stolen items in your car...but the registration and license checks out. Have a nice day!"

Plausible deniability.

Explaining away or smoothing over criminal behavior takes some doing. I hope he nails them to the wall...I just have my doubts based on past IG reports...

The alterations were significant enough to have shifted the document's meaning
Seems contradictory.

The president on F&F just said the MSM and Dems will try to downplay this, but this IG report will be HISTORIC.
He should know. I Hope so.

Is this what Horowitz says or is this what CNN and MSNBC say Horowitz says?
