You shouldn’t have that many issues this early unless it’s genetic. Eat healthy is 90% of it. Splurge a little on Fri - Sun. Workout 5xs / wk. It’s not hard once it’s a routine.

Lay-off hard alcohol / beer. 2 glasses of wine per night.

.1 hrs x $850/hr = $85. Venmo me. Thanks

The High Blood Pressure is hereditary, every single member of my family has it. In fact my sister has to take a blood pressure and heart rate medication. The GERD I think is hereditary as well.

The only thing that probably isn't seems to be the Eosinophillic Asthma.

The crazy thing is that's what I've been trying to do. Given I haven't been working out 5x/wk but tried at least 2 - 3 times/wk. Now that I've mostly gotten over this infection I think I am going to try to up it to 5 times/week.

I am in the process of trying to cut alcohol out of my life completely. Maybe the occasional mixed drink or beer with friends and that's it. Heck this month alone I've probably had 3 mixed drinks the whole month. Haven't had any beer or wine.

Your first point is what scares me though. If I'm having this many issues this early what's going to happen when I'm in my 50s. I'm scared to even think about it.
