Definitely the saints in Baton Rouge. Or maybe the Packers to Ann Arbor. Pittsburg against the Ravens in Happy Valley sounds like it would work. Or Seattle in Oregon’s stadium.
You’d basically IMO need an NFL fan base that travels well or has a big national/regional market going to a city that likes the NFL. I don’t think many southern venues would draw a good crowd. I could very well be proven wrong but I just don’t see it. I do think Notre Dame and other northern venues could work for a one-off game though.
