It wasn't on the basic cable package in Opelousas when I was growing up, so no.
Duck Tales, Darkwing Duck, Rescue Rangers, X Men, Batman, Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, and maybe Muppet Babies were the afternoon cartoons. The Saturday mornings were Garfield and friends and Looney Toons.
The original Nicktoons as well. Rugrats, Doug, Ren and Stempy
